Erin Saltman

On September 13, Dr. Erin Marie Saltman discussed the push and pull factors which draw people into violent extremist and terrorist organizations across the ideological spectrum. About Dr. Saltman

Dr Saltman holds a PhD in Political Science and is a Senior Researcher and Program Manager at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD), a London based think tank, pioneering operational responses to the rising challenges of violent extremism. Among many projects, she manages the Women and Extremism Program, Youth Civil Activism Network and the Online Civil Courage Initiative (a partnered initiative with Facebook).
